• Teamwear organisation may be a time-consuming and challenging procedure, especially when dealing with large orders and selecting a variety of product quantities, sizes, and customisation.
• The additional stress of collecting money from individuals may result in you being out of pocket. The Club shop at Macron Sports Hub Wakefield simplifies the ordering procedure by allowing individual team members to order all their garments in one location and have them delivered right to their door.
• We can give you the opportunity to bundle up a group of garments and allowing them to be individually customised with printed initials, names and squad numbers where necessary. Our website is mobile, tablet and computer accessible, allowing members of your club to order anytime, anywhere.

• You can purchase all your garments and accessories from Macron in one location, thanks to their wide selection of goods. Simply choose the products you want and let us know the decoration you require, and we'll sort the rest.
• Club Shops help in establishing a club's identity. Limiting the products that are available to your members can guarantee that everyone purchases the right products, giving your organisation a uniform appearance.
• We have a committed sales team available to help you set up your shop. We'll notify you if any of the items you selected are out of stock or are end of line products. We'll work with you to select a range of goods that look fantastic and are built to last, and we'll be available to help with any improvements you might want to make to your shop.

How to set up a club shop?

• Let us know you are interested in setting up a shop so we can help you through the process. You can email us at sales@macronstorewakefield.co.uk, call the store on 01924 220117 or even call into store if you are local.
• Let us know what product you like. This could range from Match Kit, Training Wear, Tracksuit/Travel Wear & Accessories, Leisurewear and equipment. These products can be changed at any time if you change your mind. Our team can help advise you on product, popular ranges, and combinations if you need help getting started. You can always add or remove products as you go. Tell us which items require certain badges or logos and whether any products require optional personalisation, like squad numbers or initials. If required, we can create you a visual mock-up.
• Club shop have a set up fee of £50. All Club & School shops are reviewed yearly, this way we can advise if any products need changing. Club shops are free to our existing clubs.
• We'll publish your shop as soon as all the products have been agreed upon and payment has been made. Please note the process of setting up shops and making shop edits may take slightly longer during the peak season, around July to October. We'll send you a link when the shop is ready, so please review the products and customisations carefully so we can make any necessary changes.
• The shop will be open and accepting orders when it becomes live. The lead time is around 2-3 weeks as all clothing is manufactured to order and customised in-house. Lead time can increase during peak season.

Shop Maintenance

• Once your Cub Shop is open, we are always able to make changes. If you need to make any modifications or would want to add or remove any products, please get in touch with our staff so we can make the appropriate adjustments.
• Additionally, our team will keep an eye on your shop and notify you if any items go out of stock or reach the end of production. We will inform the customer that their product is on backorder if an item is out of stock and keep them informed of any changes and what delivery date to expect.
