Shipping Information
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery charges for online orders are £7.99+VAT for UK Mainland. Orders placed over £250.00 include free shipping. For overseas shipments please contact our sales team sales@macronstorewakefield.co.uk
Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD to deliver our online orders. After the goods leave the store they should take 24 hours to reach you. You will get an email notification with an hour time slot of when your order will be delivered. You will be required to sign for deliveries via this method. The driver may deliver to your neighbour and ask them to sign if you’ve instructed us to deliver via this method.
What if I miss the delivery?
No problem. The courier will leave a calling card with instructions. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the goods will be kept at your local depot for 7 days where you’ll be invited to collect the goods in person with identification. If you fail to collect, the goods will then be returned to the store. A second delivery charge will apply if goods have to be shipped out again.
Is it a next day service?
Once your order is complete and you receive your shipping notification the goods will arrive within the next 24 hours. If you haven't received your notification your goods have not yet been shipped. PLEASE REMEMBER, all orders can take up to 28 days to be completed. Typically, no-customised goods take 7-10 days to turnaround and customised goods 3-4 weeks.
Returns Policy
Returns procedure
An intention to return a product must be expressed in writing no later than 14 days of receiving the goods. Customised items (including any embroidery and/or vinyl printing) cannot be returned unless faulty. Upon notifying the store, the goods must be sent back within 14 days. Please note:
- All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear
- We can only accept return of items that have been purchased through our store (Macron Store Wakefield)
- Any costs involved in returning the product must be paid for by the customer unless the item(s) is faulty
All returns should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:

Refunds
Once we receive your return a refund will be made within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty.
Changing an order
Non-customised - please contact the store as soon as possible to notify of any changes. Please refer to 'Returns procedure' for changes to the order after your goods have been received.
Customised - once your order has been placed no changes can be made.
We are unable to add additional items to your order once it has been placed, any additional items required will need to be placed on a separate order.
