Returns procedure

An intention to return a product must be expressed in writing no later than 14 days of receiving the goods. Customised items (including any embroidery and/or vinyl printing) cannot be returned unless faulty. Upon notifying the store, the goods must be sent back within 14 days. Please note:

• All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear
• We can only accept return of items that have been purchased through our store (Macron Store Wakefield)
• Any costs involved in returning the product must be paid for by the customer unless the item(s) is faulty

All returns should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:

Refunds

Once we receive your return a refund will be made within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty.

Changing an order

Non-customised - please contact the store as soon as possible to notify of any changes. Please refer to 'Returns procedure' for changes to the order after your goods have been received.

Customised - once your order has been placed no changes can be made.

We are unable to add additional items to your order once it has been placed, any additional items required will need to be placed on a separate order.
